Learn to row with Lake County Rowing Association

Lake County Rowing Association
will teach you to row -- no experience necessary!

Rowing is an intense sport that you can learn in just a few hours. Even though it will challenge you as you improve in the sport, it doesn’t require the same kinds of talents needed for ball sports. Rowing promotes cardiovascular fitness, strength, mental discipline and teamwork. LCRA rowers train throughout the year to compete successfully at the local and regional levels.

What is CREW all about?

ARE YOU READY TO ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE?

Lake County Rowing Association is hosting a three-day Learn To Row clinic on Saturday, Dec. 1; Sunday, Dec. 2; and Saturday, Dec. 9. No special equipment is needed for the Learn to Row and all are welcome, ages 14 (ninth grade) and up.

After the clinic, high school students will have the opportunity to join our youth rowing team, an excellent addition to their college application. We're looking forward to meeting our new rowers!

RESERVE YOUR SPOT AT THE LEARN TO ROW DEC. 1, 2 and 9!
Email KT@lakecountyrowing.org to inquire about LCRA's youth crew (ages 14-18) or info@lakecountyrowing.org for information on LCRA's adult (masters) crew. Cost of the three day Learn To Row class: $85, which is applied to registration if you choose to join Lake County Rowing Association.
